Room Control
The Brain of the Simon SB System for Hotels.
The controller is the DIN-rail mounted component that enables the control of air conditioning units (fan-coil or VRV), the activation of conventional lighting, and the reading of digital signals from motion detectors, keycard switches, or door and window contacts.
Climate Control
In a hotel, various climate control systems can be found, such as fan-coil or VRV units, sometimes combined with radiant floor heating. For this reason, the user interface must be neutral and focused on the main objective: temperature regulation.
Occupancy
Integrating the Do Not Disturb function into the home automation system allows real-time sharing of each room’s status with the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System). This significantly enhances the quality of service provided to guests while simultaneously reducing cleaning times.

Nowadays, sustainability is not just a trend but a necessity, and hotels have the opportunity to lead the way. Having an efficient control system is the key to achieving it.

A smart control system allows you to identify high-consumption areas and automatically adjust lighting and air conditioning based on occupancy and guest needs. This not only reduces the carbon footprint but also lowers operational costs.
